TULANG DIOT IN TULANG DAKU

The village is really cute. For me it was love at first sight. I first saw it, eight years ago when a friend and I came to a local fisherman to buy fish.
At that time, I thought how nice it would be to live a simple, relaxed life here, among these extremely kind people who are unimaginably poor in our situation, but much happier than most Slovenes. These people are extremely happy for everything they have, while many in Slovenia are unhappy with everything they don’t have.
From the village you can go by boat to the neighboring island of Tulang Daku; the price is 10 pesos or 16 cents. The village has a bunch of shops – sari-sari stores, an internet cafe and several vulcanizers.
Of course, you can still buy fresh fish from local fishermen.
